Small right lobe hypoattenuating focus with a central small area of increased attenuation being the bright dot sign of atypical liver hemangioma, in venous phase the high attenuating center is still obviously a little increased in size. Delayed phase of contrast shows homogeneous liver parenchyma.
This case demonstrates CT findings of an atypical hepatic hemangioma with the bright dot sign. A follow up was requested.
