Atypical meningioma - grade II

A left frontal parafalcine mass is present with vivid, albeit somewhat heterogeneous, contrast enhancement. ADC demonstrates fairly low values, similar to brain parenchyma (~800 x 10-6 mm2/s).
Case Discussion
The patient went on to have surgery which confirmed the diagnosis of an atypical meningioma (WHO grade II).
