Atypical meningioma (grade II)

40 year old male patient presented with right sided weakness


A left frontal parafalcine mass is present with vivid albeit somewhat heterogeneous contrast enhancement. ADC demonstrates fairly low values, similar to brain parenchyma (~800 x 10-6 cm2/s) 

Case Discussion

The patient went on to have surgery which confirmed the diagnosis of an atypical meningioma (WHO grade II).
