Axial non-contrast

A large solid-cystic mass with peripheral cystic components and central low density in the left lobe, with mass effect upon third and left lateral ventricles. Midline shift of 16 mm.
The lesion is slightly hyperdense peripherally to gray matter.
Foci of calcification at the central part of the mass.
There is surrounding vasogenic edema as well.
From the case:
Atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor (AT/RT)

The patient underwent surgical resection and pathologic examination revealed the final diagnosis.

Pathologically proven atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor (AT/RT), corresponding to WHO grade IV.
