Age: 70
Gender: Male

CT reveals multiple cysts of varying sizes  in liver, and left kidney with little remaining normal renal parenchyma. Evidence of hemorrhagic cysts. There has been a right nephrectomy.

This case shows an autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) with extra-renal manifestation (liver).
