Presentation

Progressive renal impairment. Recent onset liver failure.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

The kidneys are enlarged by numerous variable sized cortical cysts, a few of which are hyperdense.

Numerous cysts also involve the enlarged liver.
