CT demonstrates innumerable renal cysts of varying sizes, some of them are hyperdense. Some liver cysts noted.

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates a typical appearance of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease with liver involvement. It is a hereditary condition which leads to renal failure.
