Presentation

Right hip pain

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Patchy sclerotic change in the proximal humeri. 

Features of femoral head osteonecrosis, left more than right, with femoral head subchondral lucency and sclerosis. Left femoral head collapse.

Medial femoral condyle sclerosis and articular surface collapse. 

Vertebral body sclerosis and mild endplate infraction. 

Diffusely low T1 and T2 bone marrow signal. Bilateral femoral head osteonecrosis, severe on the left with femoral head collapse. Further bone infarcts present in the pelvis.
