Avascular necrosis of both femoral heads

Both femoral heads show subchondral lucency and structural collapse consistent with avascular necrosis. Osteoporosis of femoral necks are also noticed.
Case Discussion
Avascular necrosis of the hip can occur secondary to steroid intake as in this case.
