Advanced degenerative changes are seen at right hip joint accompanied by increased joint interval, acetabular deformity, loss of volume of the femoral head and flattening & irregularity of the remnant proximal femur with increased density.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with longstanding avascular necrosis of the femoral head that causes advanced degenerative changes and seems to be due to underlying hip dysplasia regarding to abnormal morphology of the acetabulum. Prior images were not available.
