Advanced degenerative changes are seen at left hip joint accompanied by a deformity of the acetabulum, loss of volume of the femoral head and flattening of the remnant proximal femur. There is also bowing of imaged portion of the left femur.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with longstanding avascular necrosis of the femoral head that causes advanced degenerative changes.
