Advanced degenerative changes are seen at right hip joint accompanied by a widening of the acetabulum, loss of volume of the femoral head and flattening of the remnant proximal femur.
Superolateral subluxation also is evident.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with longstanding avascular necrosis of the femoral head that causes advanced degenerative changes and subluxation.
