Non-united fracture of the scaphoid. Abnormal signal of the scaphoid proximal pole with low signal on T1W and high signal on T2W sequences denotes avascular necrosis of scaphoid.
Minimal joint effusion. Multiple small holes are demonstrated within the other carpal bones suggestive of disuse osteoporosis.
Fractured scaphoid complicated by non-union and avascular necrosis.
