non-displaced avulsed cortical bone of the greater tuberosity of the right humerus at the attachment of the supraspinatus tendon associated with underlying bone marrow edema/bruise
supraspinatus tendon shows intrasubstance increased signal (tendinopathy) with a small partial-thickness articular surface tear
increased signal with mild thickening of the infraspinatus tendon related to tendinosis
subacromial/subdeltoid bursal effusion
mild osteoarthritic changes of the acromioclavicular joint
acromio type II
Case Discussion
Humeral greater tuberosity avulsion fracture after trauma.
