Presentation

History of left knee pain and swelling since a twist with a fall 2 days ago. On examination: no wound, mild swelling, hotness, and tenderness over the anteromedial side of the left knee.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Fracture of the left tibial eminence (tibial spine).

Intraarticular fracture through the base of intercondylar eminence.

Tibial intercondylar eminence fracture.
