Presentation

The patient complains of epigastric pain, cough, and fever.

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
X-ray

Chest

A fine, convex line that crosses the apex of the right lung (arrow).

Bilateral accentuated bronchovascular markings.

Mild elevation of the left hemidiaphragm.

Case Discussion

Azygos fissure is a normal variant case (congenital).
