Chest radiograph showing azygos lobe in the apical segment of right upper lobe limited by the azygos fissure. The bilateral lung fields are clear.
Case Discussion
Azygos lobe is a normal anatomical variant seen as an incidental finding on chest radiograph. It should not be mistaken for a pathology.
