B cell lymphoma patient on chemotherapy came for routine screening after 3 cycles of chemotherapy.

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Generalized discrete lymphadenopathy involving neck, both axillae, mediastinum. mesentery, retroperitoneum and pelvis typical of lymphoma.
