Spondylotic and spondyloarthrotic signs on the lumbar spine.

Approximately 6 mm anterolisthesis of 4th lumbar vertebra.

CT proves the "kissing" spines, with advanced degenerative signs, including vacuum phenomena between the 2nd and 3rd lumbar vertebral spinous processes and necrotic signs between 3rd and 4th lumbar vertebral spinous processes.

Case Discussion

Kissing spinous processes are common additional imaging findings in the degenerative lumbar spine, and can cause lower back pain in combination with other lesions - in this case with anterolisthesis, spondylosis and spondyloarthritis.
