Knee pain and swelling.

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

A fluid-filled lesion within the popliteal fossa, with a narrow neck that is outlined by medial head of the gastrocnemius and the semimembranosus tendons.

Case Discussion

This case nicely shows the typical MRI findings of an uncomplicated Baker's cyst.
