History of shoulder dislocation

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
CT

There is a fracture of the anterior and inferior aspect of the glenoid rim with displaced fragments. A defect is also evident at the posterolateral aspect of the humeral head.

Case Discussion

This case shows a bony Bankart fracture and Hill-Sach lesion.
