Abnormal signal intensity in the antero-inferior aspect of the glenoid cavity with labral injury representing a Bankart injury. Abnormal signal intensity in the supero-posterior aspect of the humeral head consistent with Hill-Sachs injury.
Case Discussion
The Bankart and Hill-Sachs injuries are usually associated with each other. If either one is diagnosed, the patient has eleven times more chance to have the other one as well.
Dr. Najibullah Rasouly has also contributed to this case.
