Linear high T2/PD intensity lesion is seen coursing through the normally low signal antero-inferior labrum with small bone fragment and Hill Sachs lesion of the humeral head. Minimal joint effusion detected.
Case Discussion
Hill Sachs lesion is a depression in the posterolateral aspect of the humeral head. Bankart lesions and Hill-Sachs lesions are commonly associated with anterior shoulder dislocations.
