Relatively well defined round density seen in the region of the mid-upper abdomen, in the expected area of the stomach. 

No evidence of bowel obstruction or perforation. 

An intragastric bariatric balloon observed in the stomach.

No evidence of obstruction or perforation.

No features of ischemia. 

No abnormality of solid organs.
