Technique for measuring Barrett's index on a CT of the orbits to assess for dysthyroid optic neuropathy in a patient with severe thyroid-associated orbitopathy.
Measurements are taken halfway between the posterior globe and the orbital apex.
Barrett's index is calculated separately for each eye.
