Bartholin gland cyst

A 20 mm thin walled nonenhanced cyst is seen in the left posterolateral aspect of the lower third of the vagina/vulva, suggestive of Bartholin gland cyst.
A 25 mm thin walled nonenhanced cyst is noted at the left lobe of the liver.
L5 vertebra is sacralized.
Grade I spondylolisthesis of L4 on L5 is present with bilateral spondylolysis.
Case Discussion
Bartholin gland cyst is located in the posterolateral inferior third of the vagina, associated with the labia majora.
