History of fall and twisted right foot and ankle. No history of any chronic illness. On examination: small swelling and tenderness of the right lateral tarsal bones.

Case Discussion
This kind of fracture is common in football players.
Treatment is conventionally by applying a splint for 3-4 weeks.
