Minimally displaced fracture at the base of the right fourth and fifth metacarpals
There is no dislocation or other fracture.
Associated soft tissue swelling over the medial border of the hand.

The fourth and fifth metacarpal base fractures usually occur as a consequence of notable axial loading force to a flexed hand as noted in clenched fist injuries.
