Left sided neck pain. Transiently decreased visual acuity in left eye.

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Basilar artery aneurysm with a maximal diameter of 23 mm. Dolichoectasia of the distal vertebral arteries (left more than right).  Associated long segment non-occlusive thrombus within the proximal basilar artery, extending for approximately 28 mm.
