1.1cm aneurysm of the basilar tip.
Age related involutional change.
No cerebral metastases.
Case Discussion
This basilar tip aneurysm, as is often the case, was an incidental finding on CT head imaging.
It has been suggested on a non contrast CT performed for an alternative indication.
