Acute coronary syndrome. Persistent chest pain - new oxygen requirements .Too unwell to go down - well need portable please.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Male

CXR 10 days earlier

x-ray

Cardiomegaly despite projection.

Lungs clear.  No pleural effusions.

x-ray

Cardiomegaly despite projection.

Small left sided pleural effusion.

Bilateral perihilar consolidation in a bat wing configuration.
