Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Recurrent oral and genital ulcers. Longstanding headaches. Presenting now with hemoptysis.

Patient Data

Age: 45 year old
Gender: Male
x-ray

Consolidation at the right upper zone. 

A partially defined opacity / nodule at the left middle lung zone. 

Increased interstitial markings diffusely and bilaterally, although the patients blouse exaggerated that!

The CT image shows the consolidation at the right upper lobe, with multiple partially thrombosed pulmonary artery branches saccular aneurysms. Also, there are patchy areas of alveolar shadows and randomly scattered nodules.
