Benign adrenal adenoma

A few tiny stones less than 3mm are seen at both kidneys. In addition, a few sub-centimeter simple cortical cysts are seen at kidneys.
A 28×18mm well-defined nodule is present at right adrenal gland. Its mean attenuation value on non-contrast images measured -5 HU and after contrast media injection the lesion shows rapid washout.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are compatible with right adrenal benign adenoma.
