Increased head circumference

Patient Data

Age: 6 months
Gender: Male

BESS

ultrasound

Widening of the bifrontal and anterior interhemispheric CSF spaces without flattening of underlying gyri. Cortical vessels are seen traversing the CSF space. No echogenic material or septations seen in the CSF.

No focal lesion noted in visualized part of both cerebral hemispheres.

Ventricles are not dilated.
