Clinical history and CT findings are compatible with benign lymphoepithelial lesions in HIV patients. 

Benign lymphoepithelial lesions are mixed solid and cystic lesions which enlarge the parotid glands, and are usually associated with cervical lymph node enlargement, and nasopharyngeal lymphofollicular hyperplasia.

Findings was changed:

CT study shows enlargedEnlarged parotid glands with enhancement and multiplemultiple scattered small cystic lesions;, some of them confluent, slightly more prominent on the right. A few parotid gross calcifications are also noted. There is dilatation of the salivary duct is seenon the right, but no definitive obstructive cause/calculus seem.
