Sliding hiatus hernia.
Long smooth stricture in the distal third of the esophagus with some delay in the passage into the stomach.
Barium artifact from spillage onto the gown is evident in the right lower hemithorax on the later images.
Case Discussion
Long smooth stricture, without shouldered borders or mucosal irregularity in keeping with a benign corrosive stricture of the esophagus from chronic gastro-esophageal reflux.
Its location above the hiatus hernia is also consistent with this as the causative etiology.
