Dense mass with irregular and spiculated margin and internal microcalcifications is seen at the upper central portion of the right breast, which causes adjacent parenchymal distortion. (BI-RADS 5).
Case Discussion
US-guided core needle biopsy is performed for the right breast mass, and the histopathology confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma.
