empty bicipital groove with a consequent retraction of distal portion of the long head of biceps brachii towards the elbow, where it is redundant, folded upon itself with associated high signal
abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal along with supraspinatus tendon footprint fibers related to tendinosis
