At the site of pain pointed by the patient, there is a fluid collection replacing the biceps femoris muscle fibers - a hematoma. There is an extra-muscular fluid crescent favoring tear of muscle sheath locally.
Case Discussion
Findings favor biceps femoris muscle partial tear in a case of a sports injury.
