Presentation

Shoulder injury. The patient felt a cracking.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
mri
  • full-thickness supraspinatus tendon tear with stage 1 tendon retraction of the Patte classification

  • medial pulley sling rupture (lesion of either the medial coracohumeral ligament or superior glenohumeral ligament)

  • medial dislocation of the long head of the biceps tendon

  • cleavage tear of the subscapularis tendon

  • insertional infraspinatus tendinopathy without rupture

  • intra-articular fluid and in the subacromial bursae

  • osteoarthritis of the acromioclavicular joint
