Right anterior elbow pain - few weeks. No trauma.

Fluid partially encircles the distal biceps tendon. Intact and a normal echopattern of the tendon.
The asymptomatic side was examined for comparison. It shows a normal distal biceps tendon without fluid around it.
Case Discussion
A young male developed anterior elbow pain without a history of an episode of jerk/ trauma. Ultrasound reveals a normal distal biceps tendon with bicipitoradial bursitis.
