Presentation

Married lady complaining from vaginal discharge. She has one child which was born with normal vaginal delivery.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Two uterine horns are seen with deep myometrial indentation between them. 

Single uterine cervix is seen.

 

Case Discussion

This congenital anomaly was incidentally detected in a lady who had normal pregnancy and delivery.
