Workup for primary infertility

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Hysterosalpingography demonstrates two separate fusiform endometrial cavities, with one cervical canal. Each endometrial cavity ends in a solitary fallopian tube.

Case Discussion

Features are most likely compatible with bicornuate unicollis uterus which is a type of uterine duplication anomaly classified as a class IV Mullerian duct anomaly.
Complementary assessment with pelvic ultrasound or MRI can helps to confirm this condition.
