History of miscarriage.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Hysterosalpongography shows a divided upper uterine cavity into two.

Case Discussion

Case of divided upper uterine cavity into two. Possibilities include a bicornuate unicollis uterus and a partial septate (subseptate) uterus. The acute angle of the fundal indentation and long fundal indentation depth (> 1 cm) favors partial septate uterus rather than bicornuate uterus.

MRI would give more detail of the zonal anatomy.
