Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Two uterine horns are separated by a deep cleft, but remain connected through the lower half of the uterine body. There is a fibrous septum separating the lower uterine segments and cervix. The septum does not extent to the upper vagina.

There were normal paired kidneys (not shown).
