Bicornuate uterus

Presentation

Menorrhagia.

Pelvis

Bicornuate uterus noted, showing multiple small mainly interstitial uterine fibroids, showing T2 hypointense signal the largest noted at the right cornu, measuring 2cm in diameter.

Small Nabothian cysts are also noted.

Case Discussion

Bicornuate uterus anomaly is suggested based on the presence of a deep fundal cleft more than 1 cm, double uterine cavity and one cervical canal (bicornuate unicollis).
