Bicornuate uterus noted, showing multiple small mainly interstitial uterine fibroids, showing T2 hypointense signal, with the largest noted at the right cornu, measuring 2 cm in diameter.
Small Nabothian cysts are also noted.
Case Discussion
Bicornuate uterus anomaly is suggested based on the presence of a deep fundal cleft of more than 1 cm, with a double uterine cavity and one cervical canal (bicornuate unicollis).
