Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

The MRI sequences demonstrate two separate uterine horns with a common cervical canal. The intracornual distance was at 6.5 cm and the deep fundal cleft at 1.5 cm.

Both ovaries are normal with small follicles on the left.

Minimal effusion is noted in Douglas pouch.

MRI features of a bicornuate uterus ( incidental finding in case this), classified as a class IV Mullerian duct anomaly.
