Case contributed by Mohammad Taghi Niknejad
Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Primary infertility.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

A divided uterus can be seen. Normal spillage is noted bilaterally.

Case Discussion

On hysterosalpingography, it is difficult to differentiate between septate and bicornuate anomalies since the uterine fundal contour is not visible. In this case on ultrasound evaluation, a bicornuate uterus confirmed. It can be classified as a class IV Mullerian duct anomaly.
