MRI showing two divergent uterine horns with fundal cleft and obtuse angle between the two horns. Two horns of the uterus is communicating with two cervical canals.
Case Discussion
Two endometrial cavities are separated by a deep fundal cleft with each horn communicating with a separate cervical canal. Uterine horns are widely separated. These features are consistent with bicornuate bicollis uterus.
