Presentation

Secondary infertility for 3 years.

Age: 35 years

Case Discussion

Two endometrial cavities are separated by a deep fundal cleft with each horn communicating with a separate cervical canal. Uterine horns are widely separated. These features are consistent with bicornuate bicollis uterus.
