Abnormal uterine cavity contour consistent with bicornuate uterus.
Case Discussion
A bicornuate uterus is a developmental anomaly in which the Mullerian ducts fail to completely fuse resulting in two uterine cavities of varying degree of division. Pregnancies in a bicornuate uterus are at a higher risk than normal for spontaneous miscarriage and premature delivery.
