Case Discussion
It is difficult to differentiate between septate and bicornuate uterus anomalies on hysterosalpingography since the uterine fundal contour is not visible.
In this case, on ultrasound evaluation, a bicornuate uterus was confirmed. It can be classified as a class IV Mullerian duct anomaly.
